Fairly nice stay in an absolutely charming hotel. Staff was absolutely fantastic and room was decent size. The breakfast was very pleasant, there were eggs and coffee. Smooth check-in and impeccable service. Good standard property ideally located in the city.

The hotel was enchanting, I appreciated functional rooms and affable staff. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Comfortable beds, a private safe, a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge-bar were a nice touch. Special service too. Location was decent, 0.5 miles to Belp airport, perfectly reachable.

absolutely perfect location, very very friendly staff, beds were good. room was new-fashioned, had essentials, like a shower, hairdryers and terry bath robes. i loved the breakfast time in the restaurant. outstanding service here. furthermore, parking outside was a bonus.

Taishi, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. We greatly enjoyed spectacular views. Even the Belp airport was not so far. Excellent home base for a city break in Bern:)))

Mattenhof-Weissenbuehl is a district that deserves exploring. We enjoyed staying at ambassador. The hotel was in front of Bern train station. We had fun in the pool of the venue.
